Springseeker
The Fountain of Youth, an iconic piece of Floridian Folklore, was rumored to harbor 'the elixir of life' and played a key role in the founding of Florida. The University of Florida Concrete Canoe (UFCC) team is proud to present Springseeker, an embodiment of the spirit of exploration and relentless pursuit of discovery reflected in the legend of the Fountain of Youth.
Our Purpose
For the community we aim to share our innovations with the concrete canoe community and use our existing knowledge to push the limits of the competition.
For the client we intend to design and develop a streamlined construction process and a high-performing, durable prototype suitable for mass production and regional lake and river transportation.
